Job Summary

The Recruitment Assistant supports the Human Resources (HR) department in the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is responsible for administrative tasks, candidate coordination, job postings, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for applicants and hiring managers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company websites.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview documents, assessment forms, and recruitment reports.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings when required.
  • Perform background and reference checks.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts and onboarding documents.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet).
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
